Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. KeralaRealtyOnline (‘we’) respects your privacy.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and an optional phone number you add in My Account.
• Listing and custom-request details you publish, including photos you upload and the phone number you choose to share.
• Anonymous usage data via cookies and analytics to improve the site.

How contact details are shown

Phone numbers are never shown to anonymous visitors. They are visible only to logged-in members, so buyers and sellers can talk directly. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored with our hosting provider and shown publicly on your listing. Only upload photos you have the right to publish.

Advertising & cookies

We use third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google’s Ads Settings. Our ad slots are clearly labelled ‘Advertisement’.

Your choices

You may edit or delete your listings and requests at any time from My Listings. To delete your account or personal data, write to support@keralarealtyonline.com and we will action it.
